My wife & I had Flooring Masters install a floor in our basement several years ago. The work was fantastic, on time, and a good value. When we were looking to install a wood floor in our bedroom we were going to hire them again. At the time we were also considering updating our bath, and when I was on their website saw that they did that, so had them put a bid in on that project, too. Their bid was the best we saw so we hired them for both projects. They were timely, tried their best not to be intrusive, friendly and offered advice concerning purchases during the project. Would highly recommend them to family and others.

Ralph, Allison, Derek and Patrick completely remodeled our bathroom almost a year ago and I still smile every time I walk into it. This was our first big renovation and I was very nervous but they immediately put me at ease. They always showed up on time, were respectful of our home and kids, cleaned up after themselves, kept us updated of any problems that arose, stayed on budget and were honest, trustworthy and professional. We had to temporarily stay with family during part of the renovation as it was our only bathroom but they worked quickly to get things done so our kids routine was disrupted as little as possible. I am absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom, it now functions for our family of 7 and I get so many compliments.

The team at Flooring Masters did an amazing job on our floors. They were prompt everyday. Communication with the team was great. They stayed until the job was complete. When they left, we were all smiles. For a week, they became part of the family, but I now see in other reviews that they treat all their customers this way. I highly recommend. From quote to completion, we were very pleased.

We recently had our master and kid's bathroom totally redone and have to make a post about Flooring Masters & Professional Remodelers 💕 Ralph, Alison, Patrick and Derick are amazing! Not only did they give us two beautiful new bathrooms but they treated us like family while they were here. We will miss them now that the project is done! My daughter even wants to invite them to her birthday party this year! 😅💕 10/10 would recommend if you have a project. They are doing our kitchen this summer! 🎉

We were looking to replace our hall bathroom floor, master bathroom floor, and revamp our master shower to include a bench seat and niches. Alison was very helpful throughout the beginning stages of the project. Ralph and Derrick came in to do the install and rework the shower. They were very professional and worked quickly. After 4 months, I started having some problems with the caulking on the shower floor. Ralph came by, removed the old caulk and replaced it all within about 30 min. I love that they stand by their work. We will definitely be using them for future flooring projects!
