Easiest 5 stars to give. Their whole crew was amazing, kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and all the things in between. They took our terribly outdated bathroom and brought it into this century better than I could have imagined. Ralph, Allison, Derrick, Patrick and Austin just finished renovating our primary bath, and we are thrilled! When I got their bid and it said "you will be happy", I wondered how they could be so sure. Now that my bath is finished, I know why they can say that. At least two people, and three most of the time, showed every weekday (plus one Saturday) for four weeks until our bath was finished. They showed up on time, were professional, cleaned up after themselves, worked hard, did quality work, asked us when a decision needed to be made and made our bath stunning. I told my husband earlier that I can't ever remember a project where I was 100% satisfied but I am more than 100% satisfied with them. They do beautiful tile work. Everything is perfect. I wouldn't hire anyone else after having them do our renovation. Everything is QUALITY workmanship and materials. I really can't say enough good things about them! They are 100% awesome!

When we were looking to install a wood floor in our bedroom we were going to hire them again. At the time we were also considering updating our bath, and when I was on their website saw that they did that, so had them put a bid in on that project, too. Ralph, Allison, Derek and Patrick completely remodeled our bathroom almost a year ago and I still smile every time I walk into it. This was our first big renovation and I was very nervous but they immediately put me at ease. They always showed up on time, were respectful of our home and kids, cleaned up after themselves, kept us updated of any problems that arose, stayed on budget and were honest, trustworthy and professional. We were looking to replace our hall bathroom floor, master bathroom floor, and revamp our master shower to include a bench seat and niches. Alison was very helpful throughout the beginning stages of the project. Ralph and Derrick came in to do the install and rework the shower. They were very professional and worked quickly. After 4 months, I started having some problems with the caulking on the shower floor. Ralph came by, removed the old caulk and replaced it all within about 30 min. I love that they stand by their work. We will definitely be using them for future flooring projects!

Tile work is great looking and work quality is excellent. We liked that no changes were made without our approval and anything that came up during our remodel was shared before making a decision. Wish we would have pulled the trigger on bathroom remodel much sooner. Very pleased with our master shower remodel! Our job was originally started by another contractor and it was not going as planned. After halting that work, we found Flooring Masters quite by accident but it was lucky for us! They came in, removed what could not be salvaged and gave us the custom wall niche, beautiful tile work and zero curb master shower that we wanted! We pass on the manufacturer’s warranty for all products we purchase for our clients. Some of these are lifetime warranties, others typically range from 20 to 40 years.

Yes. If you contract us to do your remodeling projects we include up to four hours of design and consultation service. If you need more help than that we do chage a nominal dee.

On occasion, typically in larger remodeling projects, we may subcontract drywall hanging and finishing and sometimes painting. The subcontractors we work with have all worked with us for several years. They are all licensed and insured, as well as covered under our license and insurance. Our hourly employees are all journeymen which means they are skilled workers who have successfully completed an official apprenticeship qualification in their trade (ie: electrical, plumbing, tile setter, wood refinisher, etc). If you need additional service providers to complete your project, just ask, we’re sure to know someone good.

Construction is messy. It is dirty and dusty. However, we respect your property by laying down clean tarps, hanging plastic to seal off areas not in the construction zone to minimize dust, and by cleaning the work space and traffic areas daily.
