We pass on the manufacturer’s warranty for all products we purchase for our clients. Some of these are lifetime warranties, others typically range from 20 to 40 years.
Yes. If you contract us to do your remodeling projects we include up to four hours of design and consultation service. If you need more help than that we do chage a nominal dee.
On occasion, typically in larger remodeling projects, we may subcontract drywall hanging and finishing and sometimes painting. The subcontractors we work with have all worked with us for several years. They are all licensed and insured, as well as covered under our license and insurance. Our hourly employees are all journeymen which means they are skilled workers who have successfully completed an official apprenticeship qualification in their trade (ie: electrical, plumbing, tile setter, wood refinisher, etc). Construction is messy. It is dirty and dusty. However, we respect your property by laying down clean tarps, hanging plastic to seal off areas not in the construction zone to minimize dust, and by cleaning the work space and traffic areas daily.
